Daniel Klass Bio

Daniel Klass is the Founder and Managing Partner of Klass Capital, a private equity firm that invests in enterprise software businesses. Mr. Klass, along with affiliated entities, partners and co-investors, has completed 17 software investments and he was also one of the early investors in Freshii Inc. (TSX:FRII). He currently sits on the board of Resolver (Chair), Docebo, Optimy, Method, and Nulogy. Prior to founding Klass Capital, Mr. Klass was a private equity investor with TD Bank and Edgestone. Mr. Klass holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario.
