Joseph Muscatiello Bio

Joseph Muscatiello (New York) joined KKR in 2015 and serves as Counsel and Principal Investments Compliance Officer. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Muscatiello was the associate general counsel at Black Diamond Capital Management, L.L.C., where he was involved in managing the compliance program and certain transactional matters. Prior to that, Mr. Muscatiello was a senior associate at Dechert LLP, where he focused on the formation, operation and regulation of investment advisers and private fund products. Mr. Muscatiello began his legal career as an attorney in the investment management group of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Mr. Muscatiello holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and a J.D. from NYU School of Law.
