Narmatha is a business psychologist who firmly believes that strategic and sustainable people development is crucial to a company's success. With 10 years of experience in HR, extensive expertise in the scale-up sector, and an academic background in business administration and work & organizational psychology, she provides valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of growing companies. Most recently, Narmatha worked at i2x, where she independently built and successfully led the HR department. Prior to that, she worked at Finleap, supporting various FinTech companies in all HR-related matters. In her free time, Narmatha is passionate about literature and strength training.
