Joséphine Théron Bio

Joséphine is a Director at Keensight Capital. Prior to Keensight, she spent 4 years as M&A Director and member of the Executive Committee at Valtech, a global digital transformation Group, leading the M&A effort worldwide while being involved in various corporate and strategy topics. Before her experience at Valtech, Joséphine worked as an Investment professional at Verlinvest, a family-owned investment group in Brussels, focusing on the digital and consumer sectors across Europe, the USA, and Asia. Joséphine started her career within the midcap M&A division of the Rothschild Group in Paris for 5 years, advising mid-size clients across multiple sectors and geographies. Joséphine holds a B.A. and Msc. in Finance and Strategy from Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po) Paris.
