J.P. Zvesper Bio

As a Principal of Jacsten Holdings, J.P. is responsible for initiating investment opportunities and participating in the team’s due diligence efforts. J.P. also plays an active role in structuring and negotiating all transactions. After an acquisition, J.P. is responsible for working closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute on a strategic plan to create shareholder value. J.P. is also an active participant on portfolio company Advisory Boards. Prior to joining Jacsten, J.P. was the Director of Corporate Development at Duncan Solutions in Milwaukee. At Duncan, J.P. led the development of the Company’s M&A strategy as well as the identification and evaluation of potential targets. J.P. also led the U.S. based efforts to evaluate potential strategic alternatives for Duncan. Prior to Duncan, J.P. was a member of Investment Banking team at Robert W. Baird & Co. in Chicago. At Baird, J.P. was responsible for providing analytical support on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and other financial advisory services. J.P. earned his degree in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
