Muhammad joined Ironbridge in July 2019 following over three years NewPoint Capital Partners, a mid-market investment bank in Toronto. Muhammad was an advisor to Canadian entrepreneurs across various industries, and assisted them in executing M&A transactions, evaluating strategic liquidity options, and raising growth financing. Muhammad holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Toronto.
