Joseph Fuccillo Bio

Joe is a Director at Iron Point. Joe joined Iron Point in 2012 and is actively involved in originating and structuring investment opportunities, financial analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, and asset management. Joe has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, development, asset management, and investor relations. During his tenure at Iron Point, Joe has been involved in Iron Point’s investments in the self-storage, life science, and office sectors as well as “special situation” opportunities including investments in commercial real estate non-performing loans and distressed assets. Prior to joining Iron Point, Joe was an Analyst for the Iron Point Titan Asset Management (“IPTAM”) team, where he was responsible for providing support to the asset managers overseeing day-to-day management and servicing functions related to investments by IPREP I and IPREP II in non-performing loan and other REO assets.
