Joseph is InterVest’s General Counsel, is a member of each of its investment committees and is actively involved in InterVest’s portfolio investments, corporate affairs, and fundraising efforts. He sits on the board (or equivalent body) of various portfolio companies, including Maritime Asset Partners, North Mill Equipment Finance, Foundation Finance, FinanceIt and Allegiance Crane. Prior to joining InterVest in 2011, Joseph was an Associate at at Bridgewater Associates and at Davis Polk. He received a Bachelor’s degree in History from Princeton University and a J.D. in Law from New York University School of Law.
