Adrian Jasso Bio

Mr. Jasso has significant experience in private equity, investment banking, and operations. In 1999, Mr. Jasso co-founded Indigo Capital and serves as a Managing Partner. Previously, he served as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at J.P. Morgan & Co., in New York. Mr. Jasso's investment banking and private equity record is complemented by earlier career experiences in operations in Japan, France, and Mexico. After earning a B.S. in mechanical engineering from ITESM - Monterrey Institute of Technology, Mr. Jasso received an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Jasso is a Co-Founder of Torrecom Partners and member of the board of FCP Euro, Promotora Ambiental, Torrecom Partners, Preferred Service, Communications Tower Group, and KSC Foods.
