Daniel Goldmintz Bio

Daniel Goldmintz, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, joined Incline in May 2024. He is responsible for all matters related to legal and compliance at the firm. Previously, Daniel was a Director in the Legal & Compliance group at BlackRock, Inc., leading coverage of private equity investments across North America and Associate General Counsel at Ziff Capital Partners. Daniel began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Daniel earned a B.A. from Yeshiva University and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law.
