Vanessa JOUSSE Bio

Vanessa Jousse started her career in 2001 at a private hospital group based in Levallois-Perret (92). After ten years of providing support to healthcare staff and managing projects as Head of Human Resources, Vanessa joined Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole (FNCA) in 2011, also as Head of Human Resources. She was appointed Human Resources Director at IDIA Capital Investissement in December 2023. Vanessa holds a master’s degree in Private Law with Employment Law from Paris Nanterre University (Paris X) and a post-graduate degree in Employment Law (DESS) from Paris-Saclay University (Paris XI).
