Previous experience: International Bike Group (Fietsenwinkel.nl), McKinsey and Lehman Brothers. Bastiaan is a Managing Partner at IceLake Capital. Before founding IceLake, Bastiaan was the founder and CEO of International Bike Group (Fietsenwinkel.nl), the largest bicycle retailer in The Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark. Previously, he worked at McKinsey and Lehman Brothers. Bastiaan studied Industrial Engineering and Management Science at Eindhoven University.
