Kulwant Chauhan Bio

Kulwant joined Hillcore in 2005 and has served in his current capacity as Vice President since February 2010. Kulwant provides analysis and modeling for broad Hillcore initiatives such as new business models, new acquisition models and new debt and equity financing relationships. He is also responsible for Hillcore Seniors Living’s operations. Prior to joining Hillcore, Kulwant worked for Rocky Mountaineer Railtours where he was involved in acquisition of assets, financial analysis of operations and other strategic projects. He is also a principal in a private real estate holding company which owns and operates assets primarily in Vancouver. Kulwant is a Chartered Accountant and was formerly an auditor at Deloitte and Touche. He holds his Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver.
