Juan focuses on day-to-day leadership of Hg's Capital Markets function, with a view to appropriately debt-capitalize Hg businesses and Funds. He also sits on Hg’s Realisation Committee. Juan joined Hg in 2018. Prior to joining Hg, Juan led a similar role at Lone Star Funds in the private equity team where he joined after more than a decade at Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division.
