Luciana Germinario Bio

Ms Germinario has 22 years of relevant professional experience and has overall responsibility for the operations of the firm, including oversight of finance, administration, human resources, compliance, as well as development and implementation of the firm’s agreed strategy. Prior to joining Helios in September 2022, she was Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the John Laing Group plc board. She also served as Chief Financial Officer of Eight Roads, the proprietary investment arm of Fidelity International Limited, for 12 years. Earlier in her career, Ms Germinario spent eight years at General Electric where she was Chief Financial Officer of a division of GE Healthcare, and previously a member of the GE Corporate Audit Staff. She has served as a non-executive director on the boards of Medvivo Group, Expert-24, and DoctorLink. She holds a BA from Universita’ Commerciale L. Bocconi in Italy, an executive MBA from the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. An Italian and British national, Ms Germinario speaks Italian and French.
