Edwin Tan Bio

Mr. Tan joined Capital Partners in 2011. Prior to joining Capital Partners, he was an investment professional at Prospect Capital Corporation in New York City focused on originating and evaluating new investment opportunities and engaged in portfolio management responsibilities. Before joining Prospect and attending business school, Mr. Tan served as a Senior Analyst at RFE Investment Partners in New Canaan, CT. Mr. Tan began his career as an Analyst in First Union’s M&A group in Charlotte, NC, which was formerly a boutique investment bank called Bowles Hollowell Connor & Co. He has served on the Board of Directors of a number of privately held companies. Mr. Tan received an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S.E. and M.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania.
