Josh Hamrick Bio

As a Principal of HealthEdge, Josh is responsible for originating deals, overseeing due diligence, valuation, financing, transaction structuring, add-on acquisitions, and fundraising. Before joining the firm, Josh was an Investment Banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (Truist Securities) in Atlanta, where he focused on executing sell-side and buy-side middle-market M&A transactions across the industrials, healthcare, energy, and TMT sectors. His previous experience includes positions with Raymond James & Associates, LCG Capital, and the Executive Office of Governor Rick Scott. Outside of work, Josh volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters Tampa and enjoys traveling, fishing, golf, and soccer. He lives in Tampa with his wife Meggie and son Eli.
