Jade DeBusk Bio

Jade is responsible for managing and coordinating enterprise-wide efforts around performance management, training, employee development, talent acquisition, and onboarding. Working closely with HBM's CHRO and portfolio company HR leaders, she brings a data-driven approach to ensuring strategic alignment of talent goals and development. Jade joins HBM most recently from Ameren, where she was Senior Manager, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness. She held prior roles as Senior Director HR, Learning & Development at LaQuinta Hotels & Suites and as Senior Manger, Talent Development at Wal-Mart. Jade received her BS in Management & HR from Park University while she was also serving in the United States Air Force for a decade. She also holds a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
