Olav König Bio

Olav König joined the Firm in 2013 as a managing director. He focuses on managing relationships with key investors and their advisers across Europe. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a partner with Eaton Partners, a global placement agent where he was responsible for Europe and focused on German-speaking countries and UK-based investors, and a managing director for Capital Dynamics, a global private equity asset manager where he was responsible for establishing a global business development team and covering key clients. Earlier in his career, he worked for Sitka Partners and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Olav received a Master of Law in 1995 and studied at Bonn, Freiburg, and Kiel University in Germany. He is a fully qualified German lawyer (“Rechtsanwalt”). Olav speaks German.
