Bruce Eatroff Bio

Mr. Eatroff is the managing partner of Halyard Capital. Mr. Eatroff has a broad spectrum of private equity investing experience across the technology enabled services industries including Human Capital Management, Digital and Direct Marketing and IT/Cybersecurity Services. He represents Halyard on the Boards of TI Health, OneSource Virtual and Focal Point Data Risk and previously sat on the Boards of Jun Group, Datamyx, Tranzact, Presidio, Engauge, EducationDynamics, Hanley Wood and Impremedia. Mr. Eatroff has been a featured speaker and panelist at over fifty industry events and conferences. He has over twenty years of Wall Street experience including senior positions at Goldman Sachs, UBS Securities, and CIBC World Markets. Mr. Eatroff received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.A. with honors from Lafayette College.
