Faraz Ahmed Bio

Faraz joined GTCR in 2009 and is currently serving as a Principal and Head of Information Technology. Faraz leads the firm’s Technology and Cybersecurity functions. He was previously at William Blair, where he led technology for the Investment Banking group. Prior to his work at William Blair, Faraz held a variety of IT roles in different organizations. He holds a BS in computer information systems from DePaul University.
