Paweł Caruk in his role of Co-Managing Partner is responsible for sourcing, executing, and overseeing private equity transactions outside the real estate sector. He has 15 years of experience from pan-European private equity funds, including IK Partners and MidEuropa, where he led investment activities in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. He also served as Vice President of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK). Paweł holds two master’s degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics and is ACCA-qualified.
