Otis Ofori Bio

Otis Ofori is a General Partner at Greenhall Capital Partners, an operationally-focused control private equity firm where he leads the firm’s investments in the Business Services and Technology & Telecom sectors. Mr. Ofori is based in Los Angeles and since co-founding Greenhall Capital, has been responsible for the firm’s investments in MBI Logistics and Smartlink. Prior to Greenhall Capital, Mr. Ofori worked in the corporate group of Winston & Strawn LLP, a global law, where he executed private equity transactions across several industries in the U.S. Prior to that, Mr. Ofori was an Analyst at LECG where he was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Mr. Ofori is licensed by the Virginia State Bar. He is a member of American Bar Association and University of Virginia School of Law Alumni Association.
