Mr. Kelleher is a seasoned energy executive who brings significant experience from the trading sector. Andy was previously the CEO of Edge LNG (www.edgelng.com), a distributed LNG company, which is a partnership between Galileo Technologies (www.galileoas.com), NextEra Energy (www.nextera.com) and Bluewater Energy (www.bluewaterenergy.com). Edge is in the business of sourcing natural gas from stranded/abandoned wellhead and flared sources to provide CNG, LNG or natural gas to end-users. In addition to co-founding Edge, Andy has also co-founded and acted as the founding CEO of Distributed Gas Solutions Canada (www.dgsc.ca) along with co-founding Ganamex (www.ganamex.com), respectively a Canadian and Mexican distributed CNG/LNG company. Prior, Andy was with Glencore (Managing Director) where he was the Head of North American Oil Trading. Prior, Andy worked at JP Morgan (Managing Director in Physical Products Trading) where he was responsible for building the physical products trading platform and was an integral member of the deal team for the purchase of Sempra Energy ($1.4 billion) while also assuming subsequent management responsibilities of acquired Sempra products trading staff. Andy has held numerous roles in the refining industry: Wawa Inc. (Senior Vice President Gasoline Supply and Marketing) – Responsible for managing a team to supply the largest gasoline convenience store chain in the Middle Atlantic, Sunoco Refining and Marketing Company (Manager Product Trading) - Responsible for developing trading and optimization activities around the largest East Coast Refining System, ConocoPhillips Inc. (President Supply and Trading) - Responsible for crude and products trading for North and South America and managed the merger of Phillips/Conoco supply & trading staff, Phillips Petroleum Inc. (Senior Vice President Supply and Trading) - Responsible for the global crude and products supply and trading and led the merger of Tosco/Phillips supply & trading, Tosco Petroleum (Senior Vice President Supply & Trading) - Responsible for the management of crude/products supply & trading around the largest independent refining system in the United States. Andy holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University.
