Edgar Borg Rodriguez Bio

Edgar joined Graphite Capital in 2021 and is working on new transactions across a variety of sectors. Previously he was with Rothschild & Co in the TMT investment banking team where he worked on M&A and equity transactions on behalf of both private equity and corporate clients. Prior to this, he provided corporate finance advice at PwC to companies in the same sectors. Edgar is a Chartered Accountant and holds a first class degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Birmingham.
