Joseph Wutkowski Bio

Joseph Wutkowski is a Vice President of GI Partners and focuses on investments in Technology and Science Real Estate. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Wutkowski was a Senior Director at Columbia Property Trust in New York City, where he focused on acquisitions, development, and asset management of projects in the life science, office, and industrial sectors along the East Coast. Joseph began his career in Eastdil Secured’s Boston office covering investment sales and financings for life science and office assets in Boston and Cambridge.
