Howard Park Bio

Howard Park is a Managing Director of GI Partners. He has investment responsibilities for, and currently serves on the board of Netsmart Technologies. He previously served on the boards of Generate Life Sciences, Logibec, The Planet, SoftLayer Technologies, PC Helps, The Telx Group, Duckhorn Wine Company, a skilled nursing operator, Ladder Capital (NYSE:LADR), and AdvoServ. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Park's experience included Nomura, SG Cowen, and Smith Barney. Mr. Park worked in the principal finance group at Nomura, structuring a wide range of transactions in the telecom, healthcare, and financial services industries. At SG Cowen, Mr. Park worked in the leverage finance group, structuring both agency and principal transactions. His experience there also included distressed investing, restructuring, and acquisition advisory. Mr. Park also worked as a strategy consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
