Prior to joining GarMark in 2009, Ms. Szwarc worked at American Capital, Ltd. in the Sponsored Finance Group, where she was responsible for the origination, evaluation, and portfolio monitoring of mezzanine and second-lien debt investments. Prior to joining American Capital, Ms. Szwarc was a Senior Analyst at Prudential Capital Group, where she underwrote and managed a portfolio of investment-grade, high-yield and mezzanine debt investments. Ms. Szwarc received her B.S. from Boston College, where she completed a double major in Finance and Corporate Reporting and Analysis.
