Ulrik Smith Bio

Ulrik has been a partner at FSN Capital since 2013 and became Co-Managing Partner in 2022 together with Robin Muerer. He is based in Oslo. Prior to joining FSN as an Associate in 2005, Ulrik was part of the management program at Citigroup in Chicago. He also gained business restructuring and strategy development experience from McKinsey & Company’s Toronto office, before joining early stage venture investor Venturepark Incubator in Berlin, Germany in 2000. In his 16 years at FSN Capital, Ulrik has been involved in many investments, add-ons, and exits, and was involved in the establishment of the firm’s Copenhagen office in 2012. Ulrik holds a Bachelor in Economics with Great Distinction from McGill University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
