Gaurav Saxena Bio

Gaurav is CFO and is based in the London office. Prior to Fremman, Gaurav spent over 13 years at Actis LLP as Head of Finance, where he was responsible for various aspects of global group consolidation, management reporting and budgetary control, accounting for Luxembourg CSSF regulated SICAR, transfer pricing matters, banking and treasury. He was a Director of various corporate entities based in Luxembourg, managed a complex ERP implementation with business unit reporting and an integrated expense management system. Previously, Gaurav was at Deloitte. Gaurav is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India, and holds a BCom from the University of Delhi.
