Katelyn Latorra Bio

Katelyn joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in March 2021 and brings 10+ years of broad human capital consulting experience across healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing industries. She supports the portfolio across pre-investment due diligence and execution of post-acquisition value creation plans. In addition to her Human Capital responsibilities, Katelyn program manages our ESG program including our reporting to EDCI, UN PRI, and co-development of Frazier’s Annual ESG Report. Prior to joining Frazier, Katelyn was Vice President of the Human Resources Practice at Cerberus Capital Management, a multi-strategy investment firm in New York, where she worked on portfolio talent initiatives and human capital due diligence. Prior to Cerberus, Katelyn worked in management consulting for Ernst & Young, LLP, in their People Advisory Practice. Katelyn started her career at The Hartford Insurance Company, in a highly competitive HR Leadership Development Program. Katelyn received her BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
