Malcolm Rhodes is Operating Partner for Franchise Equity Partner focused on Agriculture within the Heavy Equipment dealer network platform. Malcolm comes to the firm with 36 years of experience at Deere & Company with his most recent role as Director of Channel Strategy & Systems. In this role, Malcolm had responsibility for Deere’s Dealer of Tomorrow dealer strategy. This included strategy design, implementation and resource management of the company’s successful transformation of the Ag & Turf dealer channel in North America, South America, Australia & New Zealand. Prior to this role, Malcolm held roles in sales, marketing, product support and dealer systems throughout USA & UK. Malcolm is originally from United Kingdom and graduated from Reading University with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
