Jan is the Director of People at FLEX Capital, and he specifically assists portfolio companies in building their organizational structures, management frameworks, and filling open positions. With a background in business administration and HR, he has gained extensive experience in consulting (KPMG) and the HR field (Deutsche Bank, Lesara, and PlusDental). In addition to his professional responsibilities, Jan is fully engaged as a father and husband with two young children. He finds his mental and physical balance through strength training. Jan holds three degrees (LL.B, M.Sc. & M.A.) in Human Resources and General Management from five universities across four countries.
