Valérie Moyses Bio

Valérie Moyses is Operations Director at Fidelium Partners. She brings extensive experience in shaping and leading transformation projects and implementing Operational Excellence across Europe. Previously, she served as Senior Expert and Engagement Director in the Operations Practice of McKinsey & Company. She brings rich experience across sectors, with a focus on large equipment assembly, medical devices, and small-volume, high-complexity environments. In addition, she has driven many performance transformations in industrial services and corporate functions. Recent challenges included the design of operating models and professionalization of operations during the scale-up phase, and the definition of innovative approaches to lead effective transformations in widely geographically distributed teams. She combines deep expertise in Lean management, complemented by a Scrum Master certification and Operations Transformation expertise across domains with strategic thinking.
