Evan Horton Bio

Evan Horton founded Everlane Equity Partners in January 2019 and has over 15 years of investment and M&A advisory experience. Mr. Horton’s prior experience has focused predominantly on investments in and partnerships with small capitalization and middle market companies. Prior to founding Everlane, Mr. Horton was a member of the investment teams at WestView Capital Partners, a private equity firm managing nearly $2.0 billion in capital, and Pine Tree Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on small capitalization company investments. Mr. Horton began his career as an investment banker with Bear Stearns and has acquired deep knowledge and experience across several industry sectors, primarily service companies (business, consumer, financial, industrial, healthcare and IT services) and consumer products. Mr. Horton received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Michigan.
