Kristiaan Nieuwenburg Bio

Kristiaan Nieuwenburg is Chairman of EQT Partners Inc and Head of Private Equity North America. He joined EQT Partners in March 2013. Kristiaan has an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Kristiaan worked at IK Investment Partners in London 1999-2011, where he was partner and responsible for the firm’s Benelux investment activities. From 1995–1997, Kristiaan worked at Lehman Brothers in London. Formerly Kristiaan served as CFO at Dutch e-commerce firm RFS Holland Holding. Kristiaan is a member of the Equity Partners Investment Committee.
