Ken Terry Bio

Ken co-founded Elysian in 2007 and has over 28 years of private equity experience in the UK and Europe. He started his professional career in the specialized financing division of Standard Chartered Bank in London, responsible for arranging to finance for large MBO and LBO transactions. In 1990 he was a founder partner of Doughty Hanson and worked there until 2004, leading a number of their most successful investments. Ken has degrees in Economics from Leeds University and History from Essex University. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
