Peter Gotsch Bio

With over 20 years of experience in the private equity industry, Peter has completed more than $2.75 billion of transactions, including 40 transactions in the distribution sector. Prior to forming Ellipse Capital, Peter was a Partner with Code Hennessy & Simmons LLC and Co-Head of the Distribution Team at CHS. Peter is currently a director of Beacon Roofing Supply, Houston Wire & Cable and Ward Adhesives. He is a former director of Pool Corporation, United Central Industrial Supply and The Hillman Companies. Peter received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from St. Olaf College, and his M.B.A. from Northwestern’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
