Kristin Kelly Bio

Ms. Kelly is a Senior Vice President and member of the investment team. Prior to joining EIG in 2017, Ms. Kelly spent nine years with Tudor, Pickering Holt & Co. (TPH) in various roles. Most recently Ms. Kelly served as a Vice President with TPH Partners, the energy private equity group of TPH, where she was involved in all aspects of the investment process as well as the ongoing management and strategic direction of the fund’s portfolio companies. Prior to TPH Partners, Ms. Kelly was an Associate in the investment banking group of TPH, where she focused on strategic advisory assignments and M&A transactions for energy companies. Ms. Kelly received her B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University.
