Frank Müller Bio

Dr. Frank Müller is a Partner/Managing Director of Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) and leads the Investment and Portfolio team together with Guido Prehn. Prior to joining DPE, Frank was a Principal at H.I.G. Capital, where he advised on numerous mid-market transactions in Europe. These included classic buyout and debt transactions with a focus on corporate restructuring as well as corporate carve-outs requiring mid-market structures. Prior to that, he gained experience in special situation investments, particularly in the automotive, chemicals, retail and packaging sectors. He started his career at KPMG in Munich. Frank studied business administration in Mannheim and received his doctorate from the University of Witten-Herdecke.
