John served as Chairman and CEO of Dot Family Holdings from 2015-2022 and became Executive Chairman in 2023. From 2006 until 2017, John was CEO of Dot Foods before moving to the role of Executive Chairman. The seventh of twelve second generation Tracy family members, John began his tenure with Dot Foods in 1980.
