Lou Tseng Bio

Lou Tseng is an Operating Partner with Cressey & Company focusing on Technology. Lou joined Cressey team in 2023. He most recently worked for HHAeXchange, an SaaS Home Care Management Platform company, as the Chief Technology Officer focused on digital transformation and global engineering productivity. Prior to HHAeXchange, Lou is CTO, SVP of Engineering at Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions, a cost containment solution company, responsible for innovating care management workflow and pricing intervention platform. He has also served as end-to-end technology leaders and built Healthcare technologies in MedeAnalytics, AthenaHealth and Carefx. Lou earned an Master degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Arizona, as well as a BA in International Business from National Taiwan University.
