Kathleen Switala Bio

Kathleen is the Head of Investor Relations at Cressey & Company, where she leads strategic investor engagement, communications, and fundraising efforts. Kathleen joined Cressey in 2024. Before joining Cressey, Kathleen served as Vice President of Investor Relations at 50 South Capital, where she concentrated on fundraising across private equity, venture capital, secondary, and private credit strategies. She previously was the Manager of Global Investor Relations at Baird Capital, specializing in fundraising, marketing, and managing LP communications and relationships across the firm's global lower-middle market buyout and early-stage venture capital platforms. Kathleen began her career in operations working with financial sponsors. Kathleen earned a BA in Political Science from Marquette University.
