Kuba Soltysiak Bio

Kuba joined CPS in 2021 as Vice President. Kuba oversees transaction execution and serves as a day-to-day advisor to our management teams on value creation initiatives. He is particularly involved in our Tree Care Partners platform and with Cloudli Communications. Prior to CPS Kuba was Principal of Red Oak Succession Partners, a Toronto-based search fund. Before that, he served as a Portfolio Manager with Imperial where he supported platform acquisitions totaling $180M in enterprise value and managed the divesture of a $10M medical back-office services business. He also worked extensively with operating executives on value creation initiatives. Kuba started his career in strategy and operations consulting serving as a Consultant with Satov, a Toronto-based boutique.
