Jake has spent most of the last nine years working with and investing in technology companies. Prior to joining Cove Hill, Jake worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising technology, telecommunications, healthcare, and utility companies on a range of strategic and operational issues. Jake has also served as an Economic Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency and worked on the Strategy & Market Development team at Advanced Microgrid Solutions, an AI enabled clean energy software startup that was acquired by Fluence. Outside of the office, Jake enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and reading newspapers. Jake once had a student job making wood-fired pizza, and still enjoys cooking for friends and family. Jake also sits on the board of a non-profit summer camp focused on promoting citizenship, character, and leadership. Jake graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Ethics, Politics and Economics, cum laude.
