Josh Gault Bio

Mr. Gault is a Partner with Cotton Creek Capital and previously served as the Director of Operations at Cotton Creek portfolio company, Sterling BV Holdings, Inc. Prior to Cotton Creek, Mr. Gault was a Principal with middle market private equity firm, Gridiron Capital, LLC. While at Gridiron, Mr. Gault helped close a variety of platform and add-on acquisitions and served on the board of several portfolio companies. Previously, he worked in investment banking with Lehman Brothers, based in New York, as a member of the firm’s Global Financial Sponsors Group where he worked extensively with sponsors in the consumer, retail, industrial, media and healthcare industries. Mr. Gault is a member of the board of managers of Bobcat Power Holdings, LLC and was previously a member of the board of directors of Sterling BV Holdings, Inc. and the board of managers of Y-COM Holdings, LLC. Mr. Gault holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Dartmouth College.
