Tanja Saaty Bio

Ms. Saaty heads business development and fundraising focused on institutional investors, consultants, and family offices in EMEA. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, she was MD, Head of Europe, at Marathon Capital’s private capital advisory, across primary, co-invest and secondary. Before that, she was Head of Fundraising & ESG at a PE & VC tech investment firm. Previously she established and ran the UK office for Capvis, a Swiss mid-market buyout fund manager with EUR3bn+ AuM. Ms. Saaty also served on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee of a FoF asset manager active in primary and secondaries, now part of StepStone Group, with EUR1.5Bn+ AuM. Prior to that, Ms. Saaty was responsible for sourcing, executing, portfolio management, and exiting of direct investment opportunities in mezzanine debt & equity at MML Capital. Before PE, Ms. Saaty worked at Citigroup in London & New York. Ms. Saaty speaks English, German, Portuguese, Italian, French, and Spanish and holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, with a focus on finance, marketing, and strategy. She also holds a Masters in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Economics in Vienna, Austria. Most recently, she completed an Executive Programme on Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies at the University of Cambridge, UK.
