Daniel Gedney Bio

Prior to co-founding Cohere Capital, Daniel was a Senior Vice President and an early team member at Gauge Capital, where he focused on private equity investments in founder-owned, tech-enabled business services, consumer services, and healthcare services companies. Previously, Daniel was at H.I.G. Capital / H.I.G. Growth Partners where he had a similar focus on private equity investments in founder-owned companies. He began his career as an investment banker at JMP Securities. Through his career, Daniel has been involved in numerous transactions and has sat on the board of several portfolio companies. Daniel received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
