James Nadauld Bio

James is a Managing Partner of Cimarron Healthcare Capital, where he is responsible for the firm’s operating and investing activities, including: sourcing, executing, monitoring and divesting portfolio companies. James has been active in the healthcare industry since 1998 and has been a principal investor in the industry since 2000. James is an active investor and board member with experience across numerous sectors spanning the healthcare industry, including: health and wellness, alternate site care providers, consumer-driven healthcare, benefits management, long-term care, healthcare payments, life science services, healthcare technology and technology-enabled services. Prior to founding Cimarron Healthcare Capital, James spent 10 years at Genstar Capital, a middle-market private equity firm with over $3.0 billion in assets, where he led the healthcare services investment effort and was a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to that, James worked at MedEquity Investors, a healthcare-focused growth equity fund in Boston. He began his career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers in the Global Healthcare Group in New York.
