Joshua Klevens Bio

Josh has been a member of the Charlesbank investment team since 2005 and in 2022 became the firm’s chief operating officer. Prior to joining Charlesbank he worked on the Bain Capital Private Equity team and as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. Josh chairs the Advisory Board of YouthConnect, an advocacy and intervention program for at-risk youth that works in partnership with the Boston Police Department and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston (BGCB). He also serves on the board of BGCB and is a member of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Trust. A native of Manhattan Beach, CA, he lives in Newton, MA, with his wife and three children.
